Online Application Process

For most of our grant schemes, (unless otherwise stated) a group will have to apply using our online application process.  Please allow a turnaround time of 12 weeks for grant applications.

The applicant must have a valid email address to complete an online application

On the Grants mainpage, please click on the link provided to get started.

This is a two stage process with Part A being the part of the Application Form where we ask you questions about the project, beneficiaries and project budget.

You will be given a unique link to your own application form in an email.

Help on how to fill in the application form is also available when you access the link to apply and you will be able save the application if you cannot complete it in one go.

It will then be emailed to you to print, together with Part B.  Part A and Part B together make a completed application, with the accompanying supporting documents.

Part B includes a question on how your project specifically meets the guidelines. Part B must be signed by two members of your organisation/management committee, to confirm that the information submitted is correct (one of the signatures should be that of either the Chair, Secretary or Treasurer).

Application Parts A & B should then be posted to the Foundation together with the following documentation:

  • A copy of your governing document, e.g. constitution.
  • A copy of your most recent accounts or income and expenditure statement.
  • A list of your management committee members, including their contact details.
  • An original bank statement for your organisation’s bank account (dated within the past three months)

After you have submitted Part A online, the Foundation receives your application electronically and an email acknowledgement will be sent with your unique application reference number and a reminder to submit your signed application and supporting documentation.

Please note that applications will only be assessed when both Part A and Part B and all supporting documentation are received by the Grants Administration Officer.
