Winners of the 2010 Thomas Devlin Memorial Bursaries.

Thomas Devlin Bursaries reopen

Bursaries in memory of Thomas Devlin, the schoolboy tragically murdered in north Belfast in2005, are once again available for application.

Awards of up to £1,500 are being offered to students, between the ages of 15 and 19, studying performing arts.

Application forms are available to download from the RECEIVE section of this website, under Thomas Devlin Fund (in the 'Open for Applications' section) and should be completed on behalf of the student applicant by their teacher or tutor.

Last year's bursaries were given to eight young people pursuing studies in music and the fundraising gala night at the Europa Hotel was a huge success.

The Thomas Devlin Fund continues to support activities to educate young people on the dangers and impact of violence and to encourage local youth to fulfil its potential.
