The Community Foundation for Northern Ireland has a range of development programmes to increase peace and build prosperity in communities from Coleraine to Crossmaglen and from Omagh to Dongahadee.

For over thirty years, the Foundation has built up a wide range of skills and knowledge which is put at the disposal of communities in need.

In 2009-10, £4.4 million was invested in our development programmes, spread across five areas of strategic areas of activity.

These are:

  • Building Community Infrastructure

  • Increasing Social Inclusion

  • Promoting Active Citizenship
